Day packs

A whole primary day, planned in one go.

Give three to five subjects and topics. Teachivo checks they fit your school day, then makes every lesson's slides and its matching worksheet at the same time, with a two-page guide for whoever teaches the day.

Saves about 8 h 20 m per four-subject day pack

No card required. Time savings are estimates, not measurements.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Set up the day

Pick the year, the subjects and a topic for each, and how long each part runs. Teachivo lays them out between your bell times, breaks included, and tells you if the day doesn't fit.

  2. Step 2

    Check the plan

Teachivo drafts each lesson's title, objectives and outcomes from your state's curriculum. Change anything, reorder the day, then make everything.

  3. Step 3

    Review and download

Every subject's slides and worksheet are made side by side in a few minutes. Read them through, edit what you like, approve them, and download the whole day.

Built for a primary classroom

Slides, then a matching worksheet

Each subject is a slide-led lesson with teacher notes, followed by a two-page worksheet that practises exactly what was taught, with a separate answer key.

A day that actually fits

Set your start and finish times, recess and lunch. Teachivo checks the timetable and never squeezes a lesson to make it fit: you choose what gives.

Ready for a relief teacher

Choose relief mode and every lesson's notes are written out in full, with a two-page guide covering the timetable, what to print and what to drop if time runs short.

Matched to your curriculum

Outcomes come from the NSW syllabus or the Australian Curriculum, depending on your state, and you can remove any that don't fit.

Pitched for primary

Short worksheets, a few well-scaffolded questions, sentence starters instead of paragraph essays, and a challenge for early finishers.

Questions teachers ask

Which year levels is it for?

Kindergarten to Year 6, where one teacher takes the class for every subject. Secondary teachers can use lesson plans and cover lessons instead.

How long does a day pack take to make?

Usually three to five minutes for the whole day, because every subject is made at the same time. You can leave the page while it works.

What do I download?

One slide deck for the whole day (PowerPoint), each subject's own slides and lesson plan, student worksheets, separate answer keys and a two-page teacher guide, organised by subject in a single zip.

Is it included in my plan?

Day packs are part of Pro and the free trial. Each subject counts as two resources from your monthly allowance, the same as making its lesson and worksheet separately.

Should I still check it?

Yes. Teachivo uses AI to draft, and AI can make mistakes, so read each lesson and worksheet before you approve it.
